I hope all are spending some good time in the nice weather. Its too soon to speak of winter but this is important for many of us.

As many know, Lloyd Seaman passed last December. I have been asked by Olive to send out information for his celebration of life, it will be held on Friday June 17^th. I am sadly unable to attend due to being out of the country, but I know many from our Academy family will be happy to get this information.

Olive Seaman and family are having a celebration of life for Lloyd on June 17th at

City View United Church, 6 Epworth Ave.  Nepean.  Room 1.  2 to 4 P.M.

It will be informal, a time to share memories, all welcome.

One last weekend including Monday, last chance to slide this season at Camp Fortune .

Well I guess on a positive side he did notice they were on backwards at some point!

Salut a tous.

La saison n’est pas finie il nous reste encore beaucoup de neige et la station sera ouverte Vendredi Samedi et dimanche avec la vallée et Skyline.

Please remember the Academy Awards on sat the 2^nd at 5 PM, please be there to celebrate the winners with an end of year social. Parents and alumni are welcome the presentation will only take an hour or so.

Suggest people take the opportunity to ski/ride and return coats, we will get the show going at 5 sharp. Main lodge Bar side.

I will be picking up the awards and trophies tomorrow.

Je tien a vous remercier pour une bonne saison et j’ai hâte a célébrée les gagnants des divers prix  le 2 avril.

Thank you all for your work this season and I look forward to celebrating the winners of our various awards at the April 2nd presentation.

We are still open and giving a few privates , hope to see you out here skiing / riding. Coat returns can be done on the 2nd prior to the 5 pm Awards .

Awards will be on April 2 at 5 pm , all are invited , partners , parents, alumni and so forth. Since a banquet is not possible, we can all get together to close the season and applaud the award winners. We will have the bar and have soft drinks for the younger crowd. Some snacks also. Casual dress (après ski).

I hope that we will see many of you up for this , our tradition of Awards is important for the school and after two seasons its time to get the back at it.

This seasons group may have been smaller but the job was well done and we hope to build up our #s for next season.

I must say how proud/happy I am to see so many working towards their levels 2 , 3 and 4.

Next season begins now , lets have a good Awards.

We are in need to Snow Board instructors for the morning groups. and privates. Anyone free and able to help please contact us.
