Hello all, we are expecting weather this Saturday, this will perhaps cause the hill to be closed. however we will be going ahead with some of our planned activities.

Training /selection for pre-course and new uncertified. if hill is closed it will be a half day indoors and if the lifts are running we will go all day. Please be here by 9 am. ending at 12 if not open and ending at 3 pm if lifts are running. be prepared either way.

TA training will be sunday only and last all day 9 to 3pm. nothing on saturday.

PDPs that were scheduled for Saturday have been moved to Sunday .

Closing for the ski boots auction is 3;30 on Sunday the 15th. cash is king !

We are lucky to have another silent auction item, this is to the benefit of the Norm Grondin Foundation, supporting TAs with partial Level one fees for the winner of the awards.

Brand new skis and bindings, Elan Ripstick 96 TNT skis, 174 cm a nice all Mtn ski.

The silent bidding will be open in the pro room and will close at 12 noon on the 21st of dec. Bidding begins at 350$ and as usual Cash is king.

Hi All, Salut a tous.

This coming weekend is for our un-certified pre-course people and those whom may not have been available for the pre course , to ski /ride with supervisors and get connected to work in the programs this winter. This is of course pending a pass on the level one. If selected you will be setup with paperwork that will enable you to get pass and coat upon completion of the course the 23rd of dec.

Il est certain que mettre le bon pied vers l’avant est une décision sage. et ce pour la saison au complet.

To be clear, a proactive attitude is a good idea. And maintaining it for the season is even better.

We are looking for instructors for the two holiday programs , dec 27 28 29 and jan 2 3 4.

PDPs for skiers (CSIA) , this weekend we are hosting Professional Development Sessions at the hill. These are free sessions for certified instructor with level 4 conductors. registration is a bit weak i strongly encourage all of our staff to register. It’s easy and i know because i just did it. follow the links below.

Une très belle fin de semaine pour débuter la formation, merci a tous ceux qui se sont presenter. We are lucky to have great conditions to ski/ride on and with any luck we will have more terrain for next weekend . The hill will be open again next friday, Sat and Sun.

Please be sure you make it out next weekend if you have not yet been here please come up to get organized with paperwork in hand. Program supervisors are filling in their rosters.

Bonjour a tous,

Et oui il pleut mais ce n’est pas un gros probleme , cars ici a la station on a du versglat . Freezing rain is not too bad and a couple of days below freezing will ensure we have great conditions for the weekend.

This coming weekend is the beginning of the Pre-Course , if you have registered just be here at 9 am. if you have not be here 830 and get registered. The pre course people will be organized between 9 and 930 in pro room. On snow 10 to 12 and 1 to 3pm day should be done by 330.

This is also the first weekend of Selection/training for returning and new certified instructors. sessions will run between 10 and 12 as well as 1 and 3pm

Please be sure you have a printed receipt from CSIA CASI to show you are upto date. (registration form and agreement are on our web page ) 1- Report to program super . 2– Participate in on snow training 3 – Once the supervisor has selected and signed your form you will be able to get your coat and seasons pass .

To avoid unnecessary line ups ,please be ready. Only pre course people should be at the counter first thing in the morning. we will be able to dispense coats and passes to those that are ready at lunch and after skiing.

I had put out the schedule and failed to mention times, that was an oversight sorry . To be clear Snow School Time is Arrive before 9 am and stay until 330 pm .

The hill will be open Friday , sat and sun. 9 to 4. pre course people and pre approved returning staff can ski friday and get paperwork done before the weekend rush.

Hi all,

What a great start to the season, we will have enough snow to run the Valley Quad on Sat and Sunday. Friday will be Pinault and Allen’s Alley and on the weekend we will add Marshall and the big Carpet. As of this weekend we are doing privates, so those that are here will be asked to check in and teach a private if needed.

I would encourage all Pre course Candidates to come up and ski/ride in order to be registered and ready for the 30th. its nice to have an early start don’t waste the opportunity.

It was a great turn out for our meeting last saturday, welcome to all our new people. The hill will be open this weekend. So be sure you don’t drive up for nothing read below.

As i said at the meeting you will only get lift pass if you are a;

Returning or new certified instructor and have your receipt from having paid your dues (printed on paper)

Pre selected instructors on a supervisors list could pick up coats and seasons passes as long as paperwork is done and of course dues are paid.

Un-certified instructor candidates registering for the pre course ( 120$) and pick up a pass to ski/ride.

TA‘s will be given a day ticket if they have registered with supervisors. and on the list.

Please be sure you bring your pass from last season as we can reload it.
