Une belle fin de semaine d’hiver se pointe vers nous. A great wintery weekend heading our way.

Let be sure we have our woollies on and extra layers as needed. Spare socks, hand warmers etc.

Make sure the groups move and keep moving in order to stay warm.

Today is the worst of it, Sat will be much better.

We also would need help Monday the 6^th  between 10am and 1pm, if your able to swing by we would appreciate the extra instructors.

Please sign up for the march breaks we need to know who is planning on teaching.

Family day the 20^th of Feb. , we can also give work if we know your going to be here.
