Academy News – April 2, 18

Hi All:

Banquet:

Today was the last day to pay for the banquet in the pro room, as the pro room will be closed during the week. I will accept reservations for the banquet until Wednesday 10 AM and you can pay at the door for the tickets on Friday. It’s also important to understand we will not accept coats and or give out checks at the banquet on Friday evening , this can be done on Saturday or Sunday.

Thank you all, and I look forward to seeing you on Friday for the awards banquet.

Frank

Hey all,

The banquet is approaching, the awards are at the engravers, looking forward to a good turnout. Please be at the pro room this weekend to ;

1 – return your / Camp Fortune’s jacket.
2 – buy your ticket for the banquet.
3 – collect your last pay.

We want to avoid having to receive jackets the night of the banquet, so we will receive jackets on the 7th of April also, by then I am hoping that I will have them all back.

Remember it’s not so much how you start , it’s how you finish .

Make your Director happy, be at the banquet. Contribute to our great traditions and awards.

All for now,

Frank

Hey all ,

We have the kids up front event tomorrow morning, and of course we will be doing privates all weekend, looking forward to seeing people out to ski / ride and get their tickets for the banquet. As well as help out with a few lessons.

Sunday morning, we have the info clinic for the school and in the afternoon we have the Cardboard sled race. I will be looking for a few people to help with that event.

Academy News – March 21, 18

Hi All,

This Saturday we are hosting ‘Kids upfront’ for a learn-to-ski day, we will need 15 instructors to work for a couple of hours in the morning. If you’re able, please let me know by email ( even if you have not already done so).

Cheques and Jacket return can be done as of this weekend, if you plan on being around to teach some more,  then bring the coat back later . Last weekend to return coats is the 7th & 8th of April.

Next Wednesday we have a school in at 9:30, we will need some help teaching. If you plan on being at the hill for that lovely spring day, we would love to have your help. Please let me know via email.

On Thursday we have a school at lunch time, again if you’re around, please let us know. Thanks in advance.

Banquet tickets are on sale in the pro room.

This weekend and the Easter weekend we can count on having privates to teach. The snow is great and the season is far from over.

All for now:
